This workshop is for anyone who is in a personal or professional relationship with someone who has a tendency to power over and needs a lot of admiration and lacks empathy.
This personality style is tough to coexist with and is often destabilizing to all those around them.
It often leaves people questioning their reality.

The next group will begin in January as a weekly recurring over 12 sessions:
Wednesday 1/10/24 to 3/13/24 12:00pm -1:15pm EST
Thursday 1/11/24 to 3/14/24 7:00pm -8:15pm EST
During the workshop participants will:
- Explore the different types of narcissism.
- Gain an understanding of whom the narcissist is attracted to.
- Learn the role of narcissistic injury and its impact on relationships.
- Learn what gaslighting is and what it is not.
- Identify the psychological crisis of narcissistic abuse syndrome.
- Come away with tools to survive these high-conflict relationships and decrease the impact of narcissistic abuse.
The workshop will be broken into 2 segments:
Session 1
Laying the Groundwork
- What is narcissism?
- Where did it come from?
- Who are they attracted to?
- How does the narcissist operate?
Session 2
Tools for Surviving these complex relationships

- Differentiate between resistance, trauma reactivity and protective adaptation.
- Identify interventions that are counter-productive for individuals with developmental wounding and trauma and learn preferred interventions.
