What People Are Saying:
Marie P
Delray Beach, Florida, USA
"Before meeting and working with Tricia, my life had taken me down a very dark and unmanageable path. I am a single mother of two daughters who found myself stuck in alcoholism, followed by severe depression. Today, I am a woman in sobriety, working as a flight attendant while raising my 2 daughters. I am emotionally, physically, and financially on my own. Due to the tools I have learned from Tricia, I am healing and continuing to grow! My words cannot describe the gratitude I have for Tricia."
Kathy M
Warwick, Rhode Island, USA
"I credit Tricia for having the expertise to change my life. Without her dedication, passion, and knowledge, I would not be where I am today. Before working with her, my life was a mess. I was struggling in all areas. Working with her, I noticed substantial growth in a relatively short amount of time. She has given me a toolbox with endless options to cope with all aspects of my life.
If you or someone you know is struggling, I recommend Tricia Youngs with my whole heart and soul. I trust her with my life and the lives of my children."
Vivian V
Toronto, Canada
"Working with Tricia was the best gift I could have given myself. It allowed me to put together all the pieces of my puzzle and turn on the light bulbs to explain my fear, anxiety, loneliness, dishonesty, and unhealthy defense mechanisms. I had a true spiritual awakening. I no longer avoid people and can respond without reacting in fear and anger. I recommend you work with her if you are sick and tired of being sick and tired and ready to change."
Joseph M
Patterson, New Jersey, USA
"Thank you, Tricia, for creating a safe space and having the wisdom and skills to help. I feel as though I have been washed from the muck of my past and I am no longer defined by things that others have done to me. I am a valuable person and my life has meaning. I have let go of the past and I am holding onto my newfound hope and joy."
Mary Katherine M
West Palm Beach, Florida, USA
"Before working with Tricia, who has been my mentor for 5 years, I was struggling with pent-up trauma and anxiety. She helped me look at themes in my life where my past traumatic experiences and beliefs about them created challenges in my career and my most important relationships. She helped me
reframe the painful experiences so that I could learn to trust God, trust others, and believe in my gifts and talents again. Today, I am free, powerful and I have a spirit-filled joy that gives me momentum to live a life that has a purpose.
